The one bedroom apartment is in a quiet development called Boka Heights located in Dobrota approx 4 kms from Kotor Old Town.
The apartment is on the ground floor and is set in a peaceful location and offers spectacular west facing views of the Fjord and Perast. There is air conditioning throughout and the apartment has also been furnished to a very high standard.
Kitchen includes range of units, granite work top, fridge freezer, 4 ring hob and fan assisted oven. There is a large 3 seat sofa bed in the living room, a dining table and 6 chairs. French doors lead you from the living room to a large west facing terrace.
